Daddy's Future Swimmer

Cambria LOVES bath time! She squeals and kicks her legs around. She's practically doing the butterfly now! Every single time I take her out of the water, she cries. Her dad is excited about his water baby.

Tummy Time!

Cambria has been working on her tummy time every day. She's getting stronger and stronger and soon she'll be all the way up!

New Clothes!

Thank you Aunt Valerie for the two new shirts (one she's wearing here as a dress with bloomers!!) and her first mini skirt. We'll have to model that when her legs are a little longer!!

Texas Games

San Antonio is hosting the Games of Texas at Incarnate Word University this year and so we went to watch the Women's Water Polo. Todd's new Smithson Valley goalie was playing so we went to see her play. Cambria really liked it and was watching some of it. Afterward, on the way to church, we caught her laughing in her car seat.

Lunch with the Williams

We ate lunch with the Williams family today. We can't wait until Hailey is here so we can have play dates!

Two month dr. appointment

Cambria had her two month doctor appointment today. Her statistics-
weight-12 lbs
height-21 3/4 in
head cir.-38 in.

TWO MONTHS!!!

Cambria is two months today!! A few things she can do....

• Recognizes Todd's voice and my voice...sometimes grandma
• Focuses on things about 1 -1 1/2 feet away
• Grasping
• Hold onto our fingers and pulls herself up
• Stands and balances on her feet with supervision on her sides
  
• Babbles
  
• Holds head up and looks around (did this since day 2!!)
• Supports upper body with arms while laying on the floor
• Brings hands to mouth
• Smiles and laughs
• Watches faces
  

Sleepy baby

We've been working on sleeping in our crib so that she'll be able to nap at daycare. She's been doing very well and will sleep 2-3 hours.

My Aggie grandfather gave this to me yesterday for Cambria. It's size 6 months for her, too. Just in time for the big game. Being a diehard Red Raider....I was at a loss for words!!! There might be a strategy here, though. I was dressed in Aggie gear when I was a baby...hmmm...

The best swing ever!!

The Fisher Price Nature's Touch swing is my new best friend! She loves it and I can get all sorts of fun household chores done. It's fabulous!

Every morning we get up and go jogging. I guess the movement must feel good because this is what happens every time!!

Fourth of July weekend

This weekend was a wonderful one! We got to see Valerie and it was Cambria's first 4th of July. Grandma Jackie bought her a cute outfit for it, too! We also went shopping and Cambria did awesome!
